1. Nonclinical role
IBO CLEAR provides nonclinical medical-travel navigation. Medical screening and treatment are provided exclusively by independent facilities and their licensed clinicians. IBO CLEAR does not provide, prescribe, or administer ibogaine. Ibogaine is a Schedule I controlled substance in the United States.
2. Facility independence
Every facility referenced on this site is independently owned and operated. The facility's licensed clinicians make every screening, eligibility, medication, dosing, monitoring, and emergency decision. IBO CLEAR never states or implies that anyone is medically cleared.
3. Legal status
Ibogaine is a Schedule I controlled substance in the United States and is not approved by the FDA. In Mexico, it is not federally controlled but is not formally approved or uniformly regulated. Travelers should seek their own legal advice.
4. No guarantees
Ibogaine carries serious risks, including potentially fatal heart-rhythm complications. Screening cannot eliminate risk. IBO CLEAR does not guarantee facility acceptance, safety, or any outcome.
5. Testimonials

6. Compensation and financial relationships

No doctor–patient or other healthcare relationship is created with IBO CLEAR. Please consult qualified healthcare professionals.
9. Not a crisis service
