Typical timing: Usually within one business day of your request

A concierge calls you at the time you choose. We explain exactly what IBO CLEAR does and does not do, walk through our concierge fee, describe how facility programs are usually structured and priced, and answer your questions about travel. We do not ask about diagnoses, medications, or medical history.

We share organized, side-by-side information about independent facilities — program length, what's included, monitoring and emergency capabilities as described by the facility, accommodations, pricing estimates, and the status of our credential review. You decide which facility, if any, to approach.

Complete clinical screening

Typical timing: Commonly one to three weeks, depending on appointments and the facility

The facility's licensed clinicians run their own screening. This typically includes an EKG and lab work arranged in the U.S. and submitted through the facility's own secure portal. The facility provides every medical instruction. IBO CLEAR only receives the facility's decision to accept or decline — never your medical records.

Independent facility

  • Review records, EKG, and lab results

  • Access to a U.S. clinic or lab for an EKG and blood work, as the facility requests
  • Direct communication with the facility's medical team

Coordinate the journey

Typical timing: Travel often confirmed one to three weeks before departure

Once the facility has accepted you and both payments are complete, we confirm travel. That includes flights to the right airport, a meet-and-greet private driver, accommodations and room & board arrangements, companion lodging nearby, and a written itinerary with every contact you'll need.

  • Check passport validity and travel readiness

Independent facility

  • Confirm program dates and admission instructions
  • Deliver all medical care under its own agreement with you

  • A valid passport
  • Completed payments to IBO CLEAR and, separately, to the facility
  • Companion details, if someone is traveling with you

Return with a plan

Typical timing: Planned before departure; scheduled around your return

We coordinate your trip home and, if you ask, help you schedule appointments with independent licensed professionals near you. IBO CLEAR does not provide counseling, therapy, or medical follow-up.

Payments are separate

Concierge fee

  • Travel coordination and itinerary planning
  • Accommodations and room & board outside the facility program
  • Private airport transfers
  • Companion and family logistics
  • Concierge support before, during, and after travel

Medical program fees

  • Charged by the independent facility under its own written agreement
  • Covers the facility's medical program as the facility defines it
  • Refund terms are set by the facility — ask for them in writing
  • Paid directly to the facility, not through IBO CLEAR

Medical program fees are paid directly to the facility. Any compensation IBO CLEAR receives from a facility will be disclosed to you in writing, including the amount, before you pay anything.
